Write to hello@wardtalk.com and a person will answer — usually within two working days. Tell us your phone model and what happened; it saves a round trip.
The questions that come up most
The patient can’t hear me
Check that WardTalk has microphone permission in iOS Settings → WardTalk. If it does and the patient still can’t hear you, try somewhere quieter and hold the phone closer — a session that says “we couldn’t hear you clearly” is about the room, not your English.
My score doesn’t feel right
Tell us. Every feedback screen has a “does this feel realistic?” question and the answers are what we calibrate the scoring with. If a specific session was badly wrong, email us and say which card it was.
Worth remembering: the band is an estimate from the public criteria, not an official OET score. It is there to show you where the marks are going, not to predict your result.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your Apple account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WardTalk → Cancel. We cannot do it for you and neither can deleting your WardTalk account. Refunds are also Apple’s to give, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It removes every session, recording, transcript and score. There is a short grace period to cancel it, and after that it cannot be undone. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will do it.
Is my recording kept?
For 30 days, so the feedback can play a moment back to you, then it is deleted. The transcript and the scores stay until you delete your account. The privacy policy has the whole picture.
Will there be an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone first, because one platform done properly beats two done halfway. If you are waiting for Android, say so in an email — the count is what decides when.
Does it cover doctors, dentists or pharmacists?
No — nursing only for now. The scenarios are written for the ward, and a card that tried to serve every profession would serve none of them well.
